Turkey, a light meat and easy to cook. The meat used each Thanksgiving in America, the turkey can become a masterpiece when it comes to baking. Well, I have made a turkey recipe but obviously not for Thanksgiving, it’s for a Weekend dinner.
- Turkey - it can be breast or thighs
- Sauce made from: dijon mustard + olive oil + soy sauce + tomato sauce + salt, pepper + garam masala
How I did it:
The happy turkey
Wash the turkey thighs, carefully cut the fat, season the turkey with salt, pepper, red pepper powder.
Prepare the pan - add 2 table spoons of olive oil. Let it heat and then add the turkey thighs. Let the turkey cook on one side first.
The side dish
First, I took the onion and chopped it into cubic small pieces. I added olive oil into the wok and leave it to heat. Once it has been heated, I added the onion to make it crisp before.
I then took the mushrooms and washed and peeled these carefully – you must peel each mushroom carefully before using. Once I’m done, I added the mushrooms over the onions into the wok.
Then the zucchini and peppers followed. You can chop these into cubic pieces or julienne or whatever for suits you. Last but not least were the tomatoes. I took the tomatoes and chopped them in cubic small pieces. Then I added them over the onion into the wok so the juice of the tomatoes covers all the other ingredients from the side dish.
Check and mix
Check the turkey, first side should be cook already while you prep the side dish. So, turn it on the other side. Then, check the side dish as well and start seasoning: salt, pepper, red paprika powder.
