Let’s make a salad
The instruments I used:
- A bowl for the dressing preparation
- A salad bowl for…the salad.
How I did it:
The mushrooms: I chopped all the mushrooms into cubic small pieces. I put them into the salad bowl.
Preparing the “snow” dressing: In the bowl I put the mayonnaise, about 3 spoons, added one spoon of the Dijon mustard. Then I added 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar, the herbs (rosemary, bay, coriander and dill). Mix it together. After mixing, I added the minced garlic and the lemon, juiced. I mixed again. Tasted. The flavor is there for sure
The final touch: I poured the dressing on the mushrooms and mixed carefully. I tasted. Good taste, but needed a touch of salt.
