This is an easy one. You only need 10-15 minutes and 3 main ingredients.
- avocado (1 big one)
- 3 tomatoes
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- NB. feel free to add some pesto sauce if you have!
How I did it
Get this done! 1. Peel the zuchinni orizontally (longitudinal) in thin slices and then cut the peeled slices in thin long noodle-like strips until you have the spaghetti look&feeling. Alternatively, if you're lucky, you can find it already peeled and sliced! 2. Peel and slice the avocado in cubic pieces 3. Chop the tomatoes in cubic slices as well (as much as possible)
Bring colour and flavour Put them in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, drop a spoon of olive oil and one of soy sauce, mix everything and ... enjoy it! Fresh, healthy and yum! Goes well with a light fruity cider!
