Raw spaghetti salad!

This is an easy one. You only need 10-15 minutes and 3 main ingredients.


  • zuchinni
  • avocado (1 big one)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • NB. feel free to add some pesto sauce if you have!

How I did it

Step 1

Get this done!
1. Peel the zuchinni orizontally (longitudinal) in thin slices and then cut the peeled slices in thin long noodle-like strips until you have the spaghetti look&feeling. Alternatively, if you're lucky, you can find it already peeled and sliced! IMG_1942 2. Peel and slice the avocado in cubic pieces
3. Chop the tomatoes in cubic slices as well (as much as possible)

Step 2

Bring colour and flavour
Put them in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, drop a spoon of olive oil and one of soy sauce, mix everything and ... enjoy it! Fresh, healthy and yum! raw spaghetti courgette salad
