Pork…my beloved boyfriend’s favourite meat! Lots of protein and along with vegetables, all cooked in a balsamic vinegar souce, it just makes you…smile. 🙂
Here are the key ingredients:
- pork meat - I chose pork fille and chops but I’m sure anything could work and become delicious.
- eggplant - 1 piece (200 gr)
- brocolli - 350 gr
- carrots - 250 gr
- balsamic vinegar – 2 spoons
- butter - 1 cube
- condiments: garlic, celery, basil, ginger, sweet paprika, mascala and sugar
- salt and pepper
Your “kitchen instruments”…should be:
- small pot – for vegetables
How is it done:
Slice the meat and spice it, prepare it. Do not forget to add sugar, besides salt and pepper. Trust me. 😉
Slice the vegetables and let them boil for 7 - 10 minutes in the pot. While the vegetables are boiling add salt, pepper, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar and some ginger.
Once the meat has been prepared and it's ready to cook, add butter in the wok. Let it melt for a 1 - 2 minutes. Then, add the sliced meat in the wok. Can you smell it? It must smell great!
Add the boiled vegetables And let all the ingredients cook. Add the other condiments: basil, sweet paprika, garlic, celery - 1/4 spoon of each.
Once it's all cooked, remove the pot from the stove and let it rest. It's important that the meat rests in order to disolve all the flavours. If you want, you can add more condiments.
Do not forget to plate:
