Play it italian style! Husband hungry and eager for a pizza brunch. Hmmm, what have i got in the fridge. Nope, no flour to make pizza, no mozzarella, hmmm. Ok, let’s do this!
- 3 medium size eggs
- 5 slices of chorizo
- 2 slides of fresh bacon
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Greek cheese
- bowl to scramble the eggs upfront
How I did it
All-in-one Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix until the yolk and glair become one. Add a pinch of salt. Chop the bacon and the Greek cheese into cubic pieces and drop these into the same bowl. Now mix again and add salt and pepper.
Prep the pan and drop! Next, i dropped olive oil into the wok and let it heat and then added the mixture into the wok. On top of the mixture i added the slides of chorizo. And let it cook for 15 minutes. Medium heat.
This is perfect for students out there too. Instead of just a sunny side or boiled egg. And so easy to make! 😉
