  • 2 pieces of pork chop (250 gr each)
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Condiments: turmeric, oregano, thyme, red paprika powder, salt and pepper.

How I did it

Step 1

Prep the chop
I washed the pork chop pieces, I cut the extra fat (only the extra one), then I season it beautifully with salt & pepper on each side.

Step 2

Marinate the pork
Next step I marinate the pork in: red paprika powder, turmeric, oregano and olive oil. I left the flavors to perfectly combine for 10-15 minutes and prepared the pan.

Step 3

Prepare the pan and cook!
Once the marinated pork is ready, I added olive oil in the pan and then added the pork chops in the heated pan.
The pork chops mus be carefully watched and turned on both sides until it has been cooked evenly. About 15 minutes per side. I wanted to make both chops well-done and so I did. The side-dish...your choice: mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, sote mushrooms and the list can go on. I wanted to make a cauliflower puree but the meat-lover in our house choose some mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce.
