This is a recipe just for the meat. Garnish, your choice. We focus on the chicken meat for now, it has to be golden, juicy and delicious.
Here are the ingredients:
- Chicken breast – I chose 3 beautiful pieces, medium size
- 2 Fresh, green onions
- Pepper, Salt
- Paprika powder
- For the sauce:
- Dijon Mustard
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Small bowl for the sauce
How I did it:
Prepare the chicken: Take the 3 chicken breasts, wash each carefully, cut off the fat, and chop each piece into cubic, small ones. Try to cut them same size, I did manage to do so. Get a bowl, put the chopped chicken in, add salt, pepper, paprika powder and mix, mix mix.
Cook the chicken: Now, get the fire burning! Drop the butter - 2 cubic pieces - into the wok and let it melt. Add the chicken in. Chop the fresh onions - it’s best not to use the onions green leaves especially if you notice that they are dry or have a yellow color.
Prepare the sauce: In the bowl add 2 tea spoons of Dijon mustard, add one table spoon of olive oil, 2 table spoons of honey, then add salt and pepper and last but not least a tea spoon of soya sauce for acidity. Mix, taste, season again if necessary.
Golden Chicken: Now, check the chicken, smells delicious already, I know. Add the sauce and mix. Taste so you make sure everything is seasoned properly and, more important, that the meat is cooked. Once the chicken catches a golden color from the sauce, you may want to get them out. The chicken is ready.
