Crunchy stuffed chicken rolls on a Spaghetti bed

Chicken rolls can be a great main course if you know how to cook them right. Chicken rolls are pretty much preffered by Americans.

Stuffed chicken rolls with cheese are really delicious if they are carefully cooked because there is a chance the meat result either undercooked or overcooked.

Take a look at the ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 7 slices (700 gr)
  • Cheese - 200 gr (that I used for the filling)
  • Spaghetti – 250 gr
  • Condiments: basil, parsley, paprika, garam masala, salt & pepper, grill condiments
  • Garlic - 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 2 spoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 spoon
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 spoons

Here are the instruments I used in the kitchen:

  • Pot
  • Wok
  • Knife, of course

How I did it:

Step 1

The chicken rolls: I sliced the chicken into 7 almost equal pieces, not too thin and not too thick so that the rolls can be properly stuffed.

Afterwards I seasoned the meat with salt and pepper. I added the minced garlic on each slice and then the cheese which I previously chopped into small and thin cubes so that the stuffing process can easily be accomplished.  Added fresh parsley. 2013-12-08 16.24.56

Step 2

Rollin’, rollin': After filling the chicken, I started rolling. Once I made the roll, I tied the roll with a toothpick. I seasoned the roll with little oregano for a fresh smell and flavor.

Step 3

Cook the rolls: I took the wok and tapestry it with olive oil. Set the fire on and after 30 seconds I added the chicken rolls. I let the chicken rolls into the wok, at a low fire, for about 2 minutes. Then, seasoned it with soy sauce, just 2 drops on each roll. I decided to let the chicken cook at a low fire.

Step 4

Meanwhile... begin the spaghetti preparation: In a pot I added water and put it on the cooker with salt and pepper. 30 seconds after, I took 5 round spaghetti egg rolls and added them in a pot. I let them cook for about 7 minutes.

In this time I always checked the chicken rolls. I did not want to undercook or overcook them.

Step 6

Back to spaghetti: They started to cook well therefore I added balsamic vinegar – 1 spoon. Then I let them cook for another 7 – 8 minutes. Spaghetti were ready and smelling delicious. I put them aside.

Step 7

What about the rolls? I checked the rolls. And because you all know I do not eat meat, I took one chicken roll and put it on the chopping board. I carefully cut it so that I can see the inside. I took the rolls one by one and put them on a separate plate.

Step 8

Spaghetti at the finish line: The spaghetti needed to be filtered so that we can get rid of the water. Afterwards I seasoned the spaghetti with tomato sauce in which I added a little drop of sugar and some sour sauce, so that it wasn’t either too sweet or to sour. Mixed.

Step 9

plating I put 3 spoons of spaghetti on a plate and above added 3 chicken rolls. Seasoned with fresh herbs which can be either rosemary, basil or dill. rulori pe pat de spaghete

Beef and potato dish

Beef and potato will do the trick in a Sunday afternoon. In the oven for 40 minutes. Simple and delicious.
