Caramelized onions on top of pork meat!

Here are the ingredients:

  • Onions – 2 / 3 pieces
  • Green beans – 300 gr
  • Pork meat – 250 gr
  • Bread – 1 slice of bread
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • For the sauce:
  • Ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Olive oil

Kitchen tools:

  • Wok
  • Pot – for the caramelized onion
  • Pan

How I did it:

Step 1

Prep time:
Wash the meat, wash the green beans. Cut the meat into small (equal, if possible) pieces. Put the onions and the green beans aside. meat

Step 2

The meat:
Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder (if you wish). Add the butter into the wok, let It melt for few seconds. Make sure the heat is low. Meat in. meat 2

Step 3

Prepare the onions:
For the caramelized onion, prepare the onions – blend. And prepare the pan also – low heat on. Add the olive oil. 30 seconds later, add the blended onions. Let it catch that golden color and the “glossy” texture. In the meantime, in the pot add some soy sauce, olive oil, sugar and ginger (make sure the ginger is sliced as small as possible – it’s a pungent flavor). Mix and add it on the stove so the sugar melts. Once the sugar melted, add the sauce into the pan. Let the onions and sauce the combine (flavor and texture wise). IMG_7113

Step 4

The green beans:
Add the green beans into the wok and mix with the meat. Let them cook together for few minutes (7-10 minutes, low heat). beans in

Add the onions
Continue to check the wok and to mix (while making the sauce and the caramelized onions). Once the pork meat and green beans are almost cooked, add the onions and let the flavor and texture combine. Taste and add seasoning, if necessary. 1

10 minutes after, check. I am ready. Smells great and looks damn delicious.

I sliced the piece of bread in 2, toasted and put it on the plate.;) yum
