Roasts, short ribs or steak, the beef meat is brilliant. It is rich in protein and less in fat, it goes so well with sauces, with almost any garnish (veggie, carbs, herbs etc). However, beef is a meet than can be so easily overcooked and it can get quickly from juicy to a dry piece of steak.

Let’s try to nail it through the below recipe.

  • beef meat - 3 slices of muscle
  • potatoes - 5 big ones
  • tomato sauce
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • worcester sauce
  • salt, lemon pepper, red paprika, herbs

Kitchen tools

  • bowl for meat prep
  • tray / oven tray

How I did it

Step 1

Prep the garnish
Start with prepping the potatoes - peel, cut, season. I've sliced each potato in 4 or 6 equal cubic pieces. Once cut, I've added them into the oven tray, with a bit of salt. potato

Step 2

Prep the meat
I've took the meat and wash it, then cut it into equal one-bite pieces. I've put the meat into a bowl and started season it with: salt, pepper, all spices condiments, a drop of olive oil and some worcester sauce.
