Roasts, short ribs or steak, the beef meat is brilliant. It is rich in protein and less in fat, it goes so well with sauces, with almost any garnish (veggie, carbs, herbs etc). However, beef is a meet than can be so easily overcooked and it can get quickly from juicy to a dry piece of steak.
Let’s try to nail it through the below recipe.
- beef meat - 3 slices of muscle
- potatoes - 5 big ones
- tomato sauce
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- worcester sauce
- salt, lemon pepper, red paprika, herbs
- bowl for meat prep
- tray / oven tray
How I did it
Prep the meat I've took the meat and wash it, then cut it into equal one-bite pieces. I've put the meat into a bowl and started season it with: salt, pepper, all spices condiments, a drop of olive oil and some worcester sauce. I've mixed the pieces of meat and left it into the bowl for 15 minutes to slightly marinate. Once all the prep has been done I've added the meat over the potatoes.
Add the last ingredients Now that the potatoes and the meat are ready to get into the oven, finish the dish with tomato pasta added on top of the meat and chopped garlic. I've also added a table spoon of olive oil and salt and 2 glasses of water. And another drop of salt and pepper over all the ingredients. Now, it's ready to get into the oven for 40 minutes, at 180 degrees. 40 minutes after Serve with some slices of bread, just to deep into the resulted sauce - from the meat juice + the tomatoes + the olive oil and the spices, of course.
