Aromatic sea food paella!

Spanish cuisine…muy bueno!

My husband was craving Paella therefore i’ve made my version of seafood paella, an awesome dish to enjoy at the begining of summer.


  • rice (300 gr)
  • seafood mix
  • soy sauce
  • olive oil
  • tomato sauce
  • curry
  • lime
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan
  • olives
  • corn (150 gr)
  • green beans (150 gr)

Kitchen tools

  • oven
  • wok
  • pot for boiling rice

How I did it

Step 1

Preparing the rice and the seafood
Boil the rice for 10-15 minutes, season and leave to rest. Now drop some olive oil into the pre-heated wok, add the seafood into the wok, season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce and mix for about 10 minutes. 10 minutes after, add in the rice and mix.

Step 2

Cook that seafood!
Let it stir for about 15 minutes, then add the corn and the green beans, drop some curry powder and lime. And taste. It needed a bit more soy sauce for me taste so i added a bit more and some olives - we just felt it still needed one more ingredient to complete the dish!

Step 3

Mix that paella
Leave it for another 10 minutes and keep tasting, mixing, adjusting seasoning and tasting again.

Step 4

Keep mixing and adjust aromas!
